Built her knowledge working in many companies in different business areas like Marketing, Factoring Financial, IT R&D, Omnichannel Conversation, and Rural Credit in Brazil; Payments, and Sports in the Netherlands. Ken is a Senior Principal Software Engineer for Red Hat and has been a consultant and software engineer for over 20 years with enterprises throughout the world. Ken has a history of delivering budgets on time and budget across many industries, delivering key customer value. Ken has currently focused on all things observability, while also looking to innovate with Kubernetes Native development. Ken is part of the team developing Quarkus to be Supersonic Subatomic Java. Ken has previously served as the project lead for SmallRye, Thorntail, and LiveOak, with over 10 years of experience contributing to open source. Ken is the author of several books, including ?Kubernetes Native Microservices with Quarkus.

Melissa is a long-time developer/software engineer turned international speaker and is currently a Developer Advocate for JFrog, Inc., sharing in the mission to improve the developer experience with DevOps methodologies. Her background and experience as a software engineer span a slew of languages, technologies, and tools used in the development and operation of enterprise products and services. She is a mom, Java Champion, co-author of the upcoming book DevOps Tools for Java Developers, a huge fan of UNconferences, and is always on the lookout for ways to grow and learn. Actively organizes and participates at targeted online conferences, partners and users webinars. Involved in Java developers community growth being Jakarta EE Working Group Marketing Committee and participating in MicroProfile Working Group.

Bert Jan is CTO at OpenValue and focuses on Java, Continuous Delivery and DevOps. Bert Jan is a Java Champion, JavaOne Rock Star speaker, Duke's Choice Award winner and leads NLJUG, the Dutch Java User Group. Grace is a Developer Advocate at IBM, working with Open Liberty, MicroProfile and Cloud Technologies. She has been with IBM since graduating from Exeter University with a Degree in Biology. Grace enjoys bringing a varied perspective to her projects and using her knowledge of biological systems to simplify complex software patterns and architectures. As a developer advocate, Grace builds POC?s, demos and sample applications, and writes guides and tutorials. She is a regular presenter at international technology conferences and has recently authored a book on reactive systems. Grace also has a keen passion for encouraging more women into STEM and especially Technology careers.

Melissa has worked in the tech industry for over 20 years in roles ranging from Junior Software Engineer to her current role as the Chief Customer Experience Officer at adaptation. She holds a Bachelor's in Computer Science from the University of New Hampshire, an executive certification in Management and Leadership from MIT, and a SAFe Program Consultant (SPC4) certification. Always driven by her passion to have a positive impact on the decline of women in STEM education and careers, she has volunteered with organizations around the world including ChickTech, Everwise, WITI, NH Tech Alliance, Microsoft DigiGirlz, wiser, and AnitaB.org.

Piet is a Database Consultant and DBA. He is in IT since 1987, and specialises in Oracle-, Postgres- and Databases-related technology since 1994. He combines conceptual knowledge and technical know-how with working-experience in small and large organisations, both local and international.

He also invests a lot of effort in maintaining a network of Like-Minded database-specialists worldwide and is a regular speaker at international user-groups, IT events and symposia.

Piet likes to Travel, preferably by motorcycle, speaks various languages more or less acceptably, and is alway interested in learning how to say "Hello" and "Thank You" in a few more languages (provided he can learn it on site).

Rafael SV "Guima" is a software engineer focused on distributed software architecture applied in solutions using Java technology.
