I help junior software Developers improve their coding & collaboration skills to meet great people & work on amazing projects.

I have more than 8 years of experience coding in Java, including numerous academic, professional, and personal projects. In addition to my regular work, I also mentor, write and contribute to the open-source project. I am the founder and current moderator of a Java user group in Bangladesh, where I organize technical sessions and share Java-related knowledge with the community. I authored four books about the Java programming language; one was on the bestseller list in Bangladesh.

María Arias de Reyna is a Java Champion, geospatial enthusiast and FLOSS advocator. She has been a community leader and core maintainer of several free and open source projects since 2004. She is currently working at Red Hat where she focuses on Integrations and maintains Apache Camel related projects. María is an experienced keynoter and speaker. Between 2017 and 2019 María was the elected President of OSGeo, the Open Source Geospatial Foundation which serves as an umbrella for the most used geospatial free and open source software. She is also well known as a feminist and Women In Tech activist.

Formado em Sistemas de Informação na UNISINOS, Co-fundador da Menvia, uma startup baseada em computação de contexto e atua como desenvolvedor e coach senior de design thinking no SAP Labs Latin America, porém já foi de tudo um pouco,de desenhista técnico a quase formado em química (queria ser um ciêntista maluco). Víctor is a software engineer living in Guatemala City. Java Champion, OAS scholarships alumni, holder of a Msc. degree in Computer Science, OCA, OCP Java certifications and current CTO of Nabenik, with 10 years of experience in the Java Enterprise sector as college professor, developer and software architect.

Mary is a Senior Developer Advocate and Software Engineer primarily in the Java and Open Source areas at IBM. She transitioned from Unix/C to Java around 2000 and has never looked back since then. She considers herself as a polyglot and loves to continue learning new and better ways of solving real-life problems. She is an active tech community organizer outside of her day job, and currently the president of the Chicago Java Users Group (CJUG).
