I am Mariana Ozaki, a Service and Interaction Designer passionate about designing meaningful experiences for people. I have worked with digital products and services for the past 10+ years, creating new solutions based on strategy, creative problem solving and collaborative design methods, creating and shaping new services, experiences and systems and helping businesses to thrive. I am also part of the global leadership team of Ladies that UX as Regional Director for EMEA, and Chapter Lead at Ladies that UX Milan, a global community that supports and promotes skill and talent.
