I have 30 years experience on software development and I touched many different technologies and areas of the software lifecycle. These days I dedicate most time to work with teams of software engineers trying to teach them the pains I have in the past so they don't need to suffer themselves. These days software project are highly complex, we can do so much more than the year before that we need to learn how we can do the best by collaborating, learning from each other and passing our knowledge to others.
